All activities with limited group size. Hot and cold beverages during safari. Transportation in custom safari vehicles. Use of binoculars, spotting scopes and field guides. Use of snowshoeing/x-c skiing equipment. Services of professional naturalist/biologist guides.

Gratuities to safari guides. National Park entrance fees for half and full day safaris. Lunch during snowcoach safaris, unless specified. Alcoholic beverages and beverages/snacks not included in meal plan. Communication charges (phone, fax, etc.). Travel insurance. Airfare to and from home city to Bozeman, MT. Cost of any additional meals or recreational activity not included in the itinerary. Personal expenses such as room service, laundry or photo services.

For those guests who are coming for one of our multi-day safaris, we will be happy to make reservations for you at local hotels, lodges, or bed and breakfasts for the evenings prior to or after your safari departure date. The cost of the pre and post safari accommodations is not included in the safari rates. Please let us know when you are booking your safari if you need our assistance or recommendations.

A deposit of 25% of Safari rate per person is required to reserve a space on a Yellowstone Safari. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. For reservations made less than 60 days prior to departure, full payment is required. We accept personal and bank checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All rates are in U.S. Currency. Safari cost is not refunded for those cancelled 14 or fewer days prior to safari departure date. All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
