| Not Included in Private Safaris: |
| Gratuities to safari guides. National Park entrance fees for half and single day safaris. Meals are not included on half day safaris. Alcoholic beverages and beverages not included in meal plan. Communication charges (phone, fax, etc.). Travel insurance. Airfare to and from home city to Bozeman, MT. Cost of any additional meals or recreational activity not included in itinerary. Personal expenses such as room service, laundry or photo services. |

| For those guests who are coming for one of our multi-day safaris, we will be happy to make reservations for you at local hotels, lodges, or bed and breakfasts for the evenings prior to or after your safari departure date. The cost of the pre and post safari accommodations is not included in the safari rates. Please let us know when you are booking your safari if you need our assistance. |
| Booking Information: |
| A deposit of 25% of Safari rate per person is required to reserve space on a Yellowstone/Teton Safari. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. For reservations made less than 60 days prior to departure, full payment is required. We accept personal and bank checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All rates are in U.S. Currency. Safari cost is not refunded for those canceled 14 or fewer day prior to safari departure date. All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. |
